Capture ATP has not been working for over 2 months. Firmware 7.1.2. For a month now, technical support has not been able to help with this matter. We exchange information on this matter - and nothing. They even sent me a specially modified firmware for me - that didn't help either.

Is there any way to re-register a SonicWall device to your mysonicwall.com account if it is registered to another one? I mean the SonicWave 432e that I am asking about in this post. That is, the device has a new owner but the previous one is unknown.
-
I will also add that the SonicWave 432e has updated its firmware and works properly with the TZ370.

Perhaps, although I don't think it should be a secret. I found photos of the interior and motherboards: https://fccid.io/2AKCZ-101/Internal-Photos/Internal-Photos-4998046 The processor is Marvell® ARMADA® 7040 (88F7040):…

I didn't find the answer I was interested in there. There is a command to display data about RAM size, but nothing about CPU parameters.

Of course TZ470W and TZ370W inside (with Wi-Fi): https://fccid.io/2AKCZ-101/Internal-Photos/Internal-Photos-4998046

Maybe you can remove the Wi-Fi network card from the device. Of course you will lose the warranty. This is how TZ470 looks inside: https://fccid.io/2AKCZ-101/Internal-Photos/Internal-Photos-4998046

Disable DNS Filtering for testing and after some time you will see that the red DNS server status alerts will disappear - they will be green. I noticed that DNS Proxy Cache works despite this. Maybe it's a firmware error? Now I can't check it anymore because I only had a 30-day trial version enabled.
-
In my case, this happened when the DNS Filtering option was enabled

@Rinconmike install the latest firmware. Version 7.1.2-7019 works quite well for me.
-
I confirm, today (August 23) it also works very slowly.

Can SonicWave 432 be managed directly from a firewall? I'm planning to buy one - SonicWave 432e.
-
Unfortunately, the new SonicWave 600 series can only be managed via the cloud - by WCM. In my opinion, this is a very bad solution - there should be a choice. I didn't know that this applies to the 400 series - is this a mistake on your part? You wrote SonicWave 421 and the picture shows SonicWave 621. But the photo says…

Or maybe Failover or LB is enabled using another, inactive WAN interface. Testing WAN activity takes quite a long time.

I recently received a new TZ370 - to replace the TZ400. It had the factory version 7.0.1.5119. I migrated the configuration from the TZ400 - it worked. I immediately updated directly to version 7.1.2.7019 - it worked and the device works correctly. The TZ370 has ROM version 7.0.1.3 - does it matter? The TZ370 has been…
